3. Payments
Paid plans are billed as described at checkout via Razorpay, our payment aggregator.
4. Acceptable use
No misuse, unauthorized access, IP infringement, or unlawful activity.
5. IP
We own the platform; you own your content subject to the licence needed to operate the service.
6. Liability
Liability is limited to fees paid in the prior twelve months, to the extent permitted by law.
7. Termination
We may suspend for breach. Refunds per our Refund Policy.
8. Governing law
Laws of India; courts of competent jurisdiction at Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
